Jordan Sisson

Jordan initially started professional life as a personal trainer and strength coach after obtaining his Sport and Exercise science degree from the University of Brighton. His motivation for this was after losing 5 stone and seeing the amazing benefits a more active and healthy lifestyle brings he wanted others to experience the same. However, it wasn’t long before Jordan realised that despite how motivated you may be, injuries, aches, and pains can be a massive obstacle to overcome. This led to him returning to university to gain his Masters in Chiropractic from the AECC in Bournemouth to help remove this barrier for those looking to move and feel better.

Jordan has helped many different people; from elite-level powerlifters to desk workers, to those looking to get the most out of their retirement. Whether it is helping you touch your toes for the first time, get out of bed without your back hurting, or lift 4 times your body weight, Jordan is highly motivated to help you reach your goals. Jordan believes a mixture of hands-on therapy and specific, targeted exercises are the perfect combination to help not only get you out of pain but also ensure it does not come back.

Whilst he is happy to treat any issue from head to toe, Jordan specialises in shoulder and knee pain and golf injuries.

When not in the clinic you can most likely find Jordan on the golf course trying to find his ball, watching his beloved Southampton football club lose, or teaching himself something new – he’s currently trying to learn how to draw! He loves football, cricket, country music, and is a self-proclaimed coffee snob.
